All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of My Better Finance and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Early Access and Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications about our launch and product updates. The early supporter offer (lifetime premium access for the first 50 users) is subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. Early access does not guarantee any specific features or timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Better Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and you may request a copy of your data before your account is deleted.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
